🚨 Church Burglaries in Knockin, Kinnerley & Maesbrook

We’re saddened to report that Knockin, Kinnerley, and Maesbrook Churches were targeted by burglars on 6th November 2025. These spaces, central to many in our community, have suffered damage and disruption.

Oswestry Rural South Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is actively conducting reassurance patrols across the area while investigations are ongoing.

We believe these incidents were specifically targeted at churches for their collection boxes. At this time, there is no suggestion that other premises are at risk from these individuals. However, we urge everyone to remain vigilant.

🔒 Please check and double-check that all doors and windows are securely locked.
